- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to negotiate with the Albuquerque Marriott Hotel, Inc on a sole source basis, to provide Rooms and Audio- Visual tools. The basis for restricting competition is the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by the FAR Part 6.302-1 because only one source is available to provide the service in a manner that will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated purchase order period will be July 22 -25, 2008.
