- NSN 5960-00-166-7692 IQC08081009002, Electron Tube. The item is manufactured in accordance with MIL-PRF-1-1770D(3), type 5586. Offerors must provide the item of a qualified source as this is a QPL item. This requirement is for a long term contract, estimated annual requirement of 58 each. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Min order quantity: 5each. Max order quantity: 58 each. Average order quantity is 15 each. Prices are requested for ranges 5-9; 10-29; 30-49; 50-up . Phased delivery is 5 per month beginning 150 days after date of contract. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin to various Conus locations. Note(s) 26 apply(s). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of April 21, 2008.
