- Submittals should be provided to the following office by 1:00 PM on November 13, 2007: General Services Administration, Chesapeake Service Center (3PC), The Strawbridge Building, 20 N. 8th Street, 9th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107-3191, Attention: Michelle Donnelly (PBS) Selection Criteria 6. LOCATION FAR 36.602-1 requires that agencies include ?location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of locality of the project? as one of several selection criteria. This factor shall not exceed 5 percent of the total weight of all evaluation criteria. To receive the maximum for this criteria, a firm must demonstrate all of the requirements as listed under the location criteria. Metropolitan area as cited under Criteria 6 LOCATION means within a fifty mile radius of Woodlawn, Maryland (location of the project). NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-OCT-2007).
