- Description
- The Defense Supply Center of Philadelphia is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in an unrestricted commercial acquisition under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. NSN4210-01-193-7461, is a Sensing Device, which is manufactured by sole source manufacturer Vericor Power Systems. Solicitation# SPM8EH08R0057 is expected to be issued February 19,2007. The proposed acquisition is for a total estimated quantity of 82 each. Delivery is to CONUS locations, FOB destination. Delivery schedule is for 180 days. The acquisition will be solicited as an RFP. The solicitation will be evaluated with Delivery Evaluation, Past Performance and Price of equal importance. In addition, within past performance delivery and quality will be rated equally. This acquisition is for supplies that the government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304c(1). Sole source is Vericor Power Systems P/N 0-483-050-01, the primary point of contact is Aaron Watson, DSCP-FCCA (215) 737-0382.
