- Description
- General Services Administration (GSA) intends to procure the services of a construction firm to provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary for the 8th Floor Renovation for the U.S. Veterans Affairs at the Poff Federal Building in Roanoke, VA. It is GSA's intent to solicit this requirement through Full and Open Competition utilizing Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection procedures. The LPTA method, FAR 15.101-2, has been determined by the GSA Project Team to be in the best interests of the Government. The NAICS for this procurement is code 236220. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
