- This is the annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-03-G-A002 with Dresser Rand Company, Painted Post NY and serves as the pre-solicitaiton synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 14 March 2008 to 19 May 2008 for the evaluation and repair of various air compressor units by Dresser Rand Company. Some of the NSNs include 4310-01-040-9432, 4310-01-292-3300, 4310-00-208-8198 A2, 4310-01-288-7130, 4310-01-098-4170 A2, 4310-01-462-3915, and 4310-01-013-5812 A3. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation lanugage identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
