- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N68836-08-T-0062 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the lastest edition of the Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is issued on an Total Small Business Set-A-Side basis (see Numbered Note 1), NAICS Code 333999; Parts and labor required to refurbish boat lifts located at the Echo Pier Parking Lot, Naval Station, Mayport Florida 32228. Manufacturer of boat lift: Sunscreen Government Point of Contact to access boat lifts: EM1 Palmer, 904-270-5179 x109 or EN1 Schwartz, 904-270-5179 x130; Statement of Work: Cylinder Assembly Kit: The vendor will inspect and remove damaged cylinder; replace the new cylinder kit which includes hydraulic hoses, cylinders, fitting and quick disconnects. Govt. Assembly Power Pack: The vendor will disconnect the old power unit and replace it with the new power unit. Zinc Kits: The vendor will inspect Zinc anodes and replace old ones with the new Zinc kit.
