- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, FL has a requirement for publication of a Civilian Enterprise (CE) Newspaper for the Naval Air Station Whiting Field, FL. The contract period of performance is 1 June 2008 through 31 May 2013 and includes four one-year option periods. Resultant award will be a no cost type contract. A copy of the solicitation or any amendments to the solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.neco.navy.mil on or about 3 April 2008. Only vendors registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will be considered for contract award. See www.ccr.gov for information on registering.
