- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a planned sole source basis with ABB, Inc., dba ABB Analytical PAS located in Warminster, PA, to procure Maintenance Services on the Bailey Net90/Infi90 Distributed Controls System for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic thermal plants located in Norfolk, Virginia and other Hampton Roads sites. Quotes will be due by 4:30 p.m., 27 March 2008 and may be e-mailed to bonnie.parker@navy.mil or faxed to 757-443-1424, attention Bonnie Parker. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334513, Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables. Contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001, Hardware Maintenance Services (includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, Rapid Response Retainer Service, extended parts warranty, Continuous Assurance Program, and Support Line Service); CLIN 0002, Software Maintenance Program; CLIN 0003, Overtime for Emergency Maintenance; and CLIN 0004, Travel and Per Diem. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https: www.neco.navy.mil as this office no longer issues hard-copy solicitations. The Solicitation Number is N00189-08-T-0084. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. Numbered Note 22 applies.
