- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for proposal number is N62645-08-R-0011. Naval Medical Logistics Command has the following requirement for immunoassay reagent for Phencyclidine (PCP) for use in the DoD Military Drug Testing Laboratories. The location of the Drug Testing Laboratories are as follows: Great Lakes, IL; Jacksonville, FL; San Diego, CA;Brooks City-Base, TX; Fort Meade, MD 20755, Tripler AMC, HI; and Washington, DC.
