- The pre-solicitation notice for Solicitation No. 08SQ108160 is currently available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 and the size standard is $13 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. The solicitation is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is not set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated price range of the work is less than $75,000. The principal components of the work to be performed under this specifications include clearing and grubbing, slope cleaning, rock scaling, excavation of slope and disposal of excavated material, compaction of slope; furnishing and placing catch drain including woven geotextile fabric, 6-inch diameter slotted PVC pipe, and drain gravel, furnishing, and placing erosion control fabric, and hydro seeding.
