- The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is issuing an Intent to Procure via Sole Source the continued effort by Geo-Marine, Inc. to complete all survey's associated with the Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) on behalf of the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC), a secure environment facility located in Adams County, PA for a base year with three option years to complete the studies. A solicitation is not available for this sole-source effort. All inter ested sources must have an Industrial Clearance of Secret and personnel performing services must possess a personal clearance of Secret. All sources who meet this requirement may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency .
