- Description
- The Seattle District, US Army Corps of Engineers, has a requirement for Rotosonic Drilling and Installation of Wells and Electrodes, Fort Lewis, Washington. The work objective is to drill and collect soil samples, and install monitoring wells and el ectrodes as part of Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) Project ER-0719 at the East Gate Disposal Yard (EGDY), Fort Lewis, Pierce County, Washington. The project is entitled, Combination Low-Energy Electrical Resistance Heatin g with Biotic and Abiotic Remediation and this contract shall address the subsurface drilling components of the project. All monitoring wells shall be drilled by rotosonic drilling method and constructed to yield representative soil samples during instal lation and ground water samples upon completion. The estimated cost range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This project is open to both large and small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 w ith a size standard of $31 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a firm is a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $31 million.
