- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for operation and maintenance services at Deer Creek Lake, Ohio located west of Williamsport, Ohio. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the s olicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range as determined by the Contracting Officer and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the followin g technical factors: (A) Experience; (B) Past Performance; (C) Management Plan; and (D) Equipment. Factors A thru C are equal in importance and Factors D is less important. Award shall be made to the offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government. A pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for April 30, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Deer Creek Lake, 21897 Deer Creek Road, Mount Sterling, Ohio 43143.
