- Description
- The U.S. Army Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command is contemplating award of a sole source, Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agrement to Dassault Systemes Simulia Corp., 166 Valley Street, Providence, RI 02909-2400, for Abaqus Software Subscription Right to Use License Maintenance Enhancement Support. The contractor, as the sole manufacturer/developer, shall provide proprietary design, upgrades, updates, bug fixes, and technical support. The period of performance for the blanket Purchase Agreement is for (5) years from date of award. See Numbered Note 22.
