- Resulting solicitation will solicit Invitation For Bids (IFB) for a contract to Renovate Group Restrooms in Building 3218, Ft Campbell, KY. Specifically, the contractor shall be required to remove all plumbing fixtures and tiling, mold remediation, replace sheetrock and block walls, install drop ceilings (2 ft x 2 ft waterproof titles), install 2 ft x 4 ft fluorescent Lights, install new floor tiles (1 in x 1 in), install new wall tiles (4 in x 4 in), install new shower tiles (2 in x 2 in), install plumbing fixtures, install restroom accessories, clean appropriate surfaces, dispose of floor tile, and wall paint, and perform other associated work as outlined in the specifications. Contract type will be firm fixed price. The magnitude of the project is estimated to between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This acquisition is 100% Set- Aside for HUBZone Business Concerns. NACIS is 238220/$13 Million.
