- The purpose of this modification is to replace solicitation number W91247-08-R-0006 with W91247-08-B-A001. Resulting solicitation will solicit Invitation For Bids (IFB) for refuse collection and transfer services. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.?Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive responsible bidder.?All contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov database prior to any contract award. The Perfo rmance Work Statement (PWS) is located on the Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting homepage at http://www.bragg.army.mil/DOC/servicesdiv.htm for comments and/or questions. The anticipated posting of the RFP is 1April 2008.?The entire solicitation will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry website: http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The solicitation, attachments and specifications will only be available by downloading the document from the ASFI website. All prospective bidders are responsible for o btaining the solicitation, any amendments or any other information from the ASFI website. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the website frequently/daily for any posted changes to the solicitation.
