This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Putnam Ladder Company custom rolling platform ladder with black steel frame and Cherry finish, nine each of Model 6H33 33-inch high and 10 each of Model 6H44 44-inch high ladders. Delivery to the USMA Library Jefferson Hall Learning Center, installation and clean-up to be included.
