- Description
- The Northern Region Contracting Center, Directorateof Contracting, Fort Eustis, VA, intends to award a bridge contract for a continuation of various Adjutant General (AG) services currently being performed under contract DABT60-02-C-0010. The an ticipated bridge contract adds an additional three months to the existing contract performance period. The performance period shall be 2 May 2008 through 1 August 2008. This action does not provide for full and open competition. Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The intended source is Sierra Management Technologies Inc. Sierra is the only known sou rce that can provide uninterrupted services. Any interruption or discontinuation of these services would cause severe mission failure. Firms that feel they can provide this service are encouraged to identify themselves and provide a statement of their ca pabilities. Please reply by 31 Mar 08 , 11 a.m. EDST. No solicitation will be issued. The Government will consider all inquiries received by the due date. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely with the discretion of the Government. Numbered Note 22 applies.
