- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20080303. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. Please see the attached document for Line Item Description. The Government will award an order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions Period of Performance is: 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). FOB Destination. The Ship to Address is: NASIC/SCXA, 4170 Hebble Creek Road, Building 280, Door 12, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433.
