- Description
- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Level of Effort contract to Weidlinger Associates, Inc. for the services listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 3 April 2008. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 541690, small business size standard: $6.5 million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
