- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration, New York Air Route Traffic Control Center, Ronkonkoma, New York, requires Cafeteria/Concession Services during the hours of 6:00 A.M. through 8:00 P.M., seven (7) days a week, with exceptions for holidays. Service is expected to begin on/or about May 1, 2008 with four (4) one year option periods. The Government provides space, equipment and utilities. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses located in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and the Five Boroughs of New York City. Subcontracting will not be permitted with the exception of the vending machines. The Screening Information Request (SIR) No. DTFAEA-08-R-00001, is being sent to twenty vendors, PBI Food Service, Carlstadt, NJ, Robert J. Pearce, Plainview, NY, Skills Unlimited, Oakdale, NY, Pizza Deli Plus, Bohemia, NY, Mr. Charlie Stauf, Bohemia, NY, NAYYAR Son's Food Corp., New Hyde Park, NY, NY State Office of Children & Family Services Commission for the Blind & Visually Handicapped, Albany, NY, Paragon Food and Vending Services, Commack, NY, Whitsons, Huntington Station, NY, BOCA Foods, NY, NY, Mr. John Macchiarella, East Rockaway, NY, Ms. Joann Sersich, Shirley, NY, Janet Rasmussen, Patchogue, NY, Watson Service, Newburgh, NY, Two Steps Down Restaurant & Catering, Bklyn., NY, Jackie's Culinary Kids, Inc., Merrick, NY, NTM Enterprises, Northport, NY, Huan Ham Star Mountain Coffee, Jamaica, NY and Prestige Food & Vending Services, Melville, NY. All other interested small business contractors in the specified geographic location may request a copy of the SIR by faxing a request to 631-468-4348, ATTN: Ms. Eileen Zahn.
