- Description
- The United States Coast Guard, MLC Atlantic intends to issue a purchase order to Shuster Corporation for two (2) each 110EIKCS Engine Installation Kit for Island Class 110 foot Patrol Boats ? Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Shuster Corporation is the only company that has the technical propriety data necessary to provide the required parts. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all information received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A Determination by the Government not to compete as a result of quotes received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
