- LAIRCM NEXT GENERATION (NEXGEN) MISSILE WARNING SUBSYSTEM (MWS) PRODUCTION PROGRAM UPDATE The Government hereby issues an Amendment to the final Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Next Generation (NexGen) Missile Warning Subsystem (MWS) Production effort. The following documents have been amended: Section L, O&S Data Form, as well as the RFP. All changes throughout the RFP document were minor and were generated as a result of offeror questions submitted after final RFP release. However, a major change was made to Section L Attachment L-11 and the Ground Rules & Assumptions tab of the O&S Data Form. The Government does not intend to extend the submission period for the delivery of the proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-FEB-2007).
