- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center,Oklahoma City, OKlahoma intends to issue a solicitation RFQ51306-007-8 for the provision of Frozen Meat Items and Kosher items for the 2nd Quarter of FY 2008. This solicitation is set aside for 100% small business concerns. Delivery dates are posted within this solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Transfer Center 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd. Oklahoma City, OK 73189.The government reserves the right to make a single or multiple award. The award will be made to the responsible quoter(s) who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 21, 2007 and will be distributed solely through the Government Point of Entry which is www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. This website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure you have the most up-to -date information regarding this acqquisition. The anticipated receipt of quotes in on December 21, 2007. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which will be considered fo an award. Faith -Based and Community Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts which they are eligible. All interested parties doing business with the Federal Government be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov.
