- Obtain full-time level of effort to accomplish maintenance, repair, and minor construction of buildings, building systems, and grounds on National Assessment Group (NAG) facilities located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, which consists of 6 permanent structures (combined having approximately 42,000 square feet of office space, 13,500 square feet of garage, and 14,500 square feet of warehouse) and 7 small storage buildings totaling less than 5000 square feet. Approximately eighty (80) personnel occupy the facilities. Services the successful offeror will provide include: -Actions and activities to inspect, adjust, identify needed repairs or replacements, replace parts, assemblies, subassemblies, systems, subsystems, or consumables according to a systematic schedule for the purpose of reasonably assuring such systems or equipment perform their intended functions, and - Actions and activities to inspect and determine causal factors which prevent a system operating so as to accomplish the purposes for which it is designed and installed, and to effect such adjustments, repairs, or replacements to return the system to functioning so as to accomplish the purposes for which it is designed and installed, and -Actions and activities to alter the interior of structures whether such alteration is for cosmetic purposes (e.g., repainting, or replacing flooring) or functional (e.g., demolishing or erecting walls and ceilings, installing new electrical circuits, installing new plumbing supply or drainage lines) and reasonably assuring such activities accomplish their intended functions. Please note that the following solicitation will require that all personnel identified in the offeror?s proposal for this effort must have a final TOP SECRET security clearance and be eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information in accordance with Director Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6/4.
