- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government seeks to lease a maximum of 18,263 Rentable Square Feet to yield at least 15,881 ANSI/BOMA area square feet of Class A office space, with minimum 100 lb. floor load, for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Additionally, secure structured and/or surface parking must be provided for 23 fleet vehicles. Space must provide adequate setback, ideally 20 feet. If located in a high-rise building, offered premises must be located above the ground floor level. This procurement seeks to collocate three agencies. To assure optimal efficiency of operations a contiguous block of space is being sought, either on a single floorplate or vertically.
