- Purpose of this amendment is to revise the statement of work to clarify cylinder requirements and to add a response time of one business day after notification for service calls. Replace first sentence after Task Description to read The contractor shall provide, install, and service items described below. The size of the cylinders shall meet or exceed those specified herein. Mixed Bed Type 1 Deionizers, one - 9.75 (5.0 Micron) Pre-filter, one - 10 (0.2 Micron) Post Filter Bldg 45, Utility Room, one - 1.2 Cu. Ft. Carbon Cylinder, two - 1.2 Cu. Ft. Mixed Bed Type 1 Deionizers, one -9.75 (5.0 Micron) Pre-filter, one -10 (0.2 Micron) Post FilterBldg 47/49, Utility Room, one -3.6Cu. Ft. Carbon Cylinder, two - 3.6 Cu. Ft. Mixed Bed Type 1 Deionizers, one - 10 X 4.5 (5.0 Micron) Pre-filter, two - 10 (0.2 Micron) Post Filter, Bldg 20 Wet lab, one -1.2 Cu. Ft. Carbon Cylinder, two - 1.2 Cu. Ft. Mixed Bed Type 1 Deionizers, one - 9.75 (5.0 Micron) Pre-filter, one - 10 (0.2 Micron) Post Filter, Bldg 20 Chemistry lab, one -1.2 Cu. Ft. Carbon Cylinder, two -1.2 Cu. Ft. Mixed Bed Type 1 Deionizers. After "Maintenance shall be performed during normal business hours." add "The contractor shall respond to service calls with in one business day after notification of quality light going off or trouble calls on tanks/filters."
