- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. You may download M00264-08-T-0164 from this notice. This Request for Quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This is set-aside for small business, NAICS Code 541990, Size Standard $6.5. The United States Marine Corps, Quantico, Virginia has a requirement for transcripts produced from oral interviews to convert the spoken word to readable text. The transcripts become part of the official historical and operational record of the Marine Corps for the Marine Corps Archives. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: From the date of award through 31 March 2009. Please return a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Aug 2006) with your offer. To be eligible for award contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and be registered in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) electronic invoicing within ten (10) days of award. Offers are due no later than 10:00AM, EST, 31 March 2008. Questions addressed in writing no later than 10:00, 27 March 2008. The United States Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price Contract.
