- Description
- The United States Marine Corps, Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, Florida intends to modify contract M67004-06-C-0011 incorporating RFID technology. The anticipated modification period of performance is 17 March through 30 September 2008 with options for the periods of 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2010. This action does not provide for full and open competition. Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Stanley is the only source that can provide uninterrupted service. Any interruption or discontinuation of these services would cause severe mission failure. No solicitation will be issued.
