- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of the Ship Repair Facility and Joint Regional Maintenance Center Yokosuka, has a requirement for a 450K Horizontal Proof Test Machine. The major specifications of the machine are as follows: Total length 60 feet (base section) Hydraulic Cylinder Maximum Pull Pin to Pin (approx) 48? (14.63m) Speed of cylinder (approx) 30 in/min (.76m) Hydraulic Cylinder Stroke 48? (1.22m) Load Control Semi-auto Cylinder Speed Adjustment, Electrical Motor 10HP, 220/440V, 3PH, 60HZ, Amps 26/13.
