- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Provide all personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform routine clea ning, maintenance, repair, inspection, and servicing, adjustments and calibrations to the elevator equipment, appurtenances and accessories on two elevators and must ensure compliance with the latest edition of the American Standard Safety Code for Elevato rs A 17.1 and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. The work will include but is not limited to hoist machinery, motor brushes, commutators, brake shoes and linings, relays, contacts, coils, wiring circuits, hoist way control cables, leveling devices, car ventilating equipment, car and hoist way door or gate hangers, tracks, cams, guides, infra-red door curtain, operating devices, interlocks, push buttons, hall lanterns, signal and accessory equipment, etc., (Not in cluded are hoist enclosures, total replacement of hoist way control cables, door panels, car enclosures, frames, sills, car lighting lamps, hoist ropes, and negligence. While these specific items are not included, the Contractor shall note and report to t he Contracting Officers Representative any required repairs and/or replacements necessary) at Little Goose Lock and Dam as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PMS). This is a fixed-price, performance based service contract with a base + 4 option y ears. Factors of importance will be technical, past performance, and price.
