- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted on FedBIzOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about March 31, 2008. Provide all labor, supervision and transportation to perform one-half of the gate attendant services for Sugar Bo ttom Campground B, Coralville Lake, Johnson County, Iowa City, Iowa. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 561110 will apply with the size standard of $6.5 Million. This work wil l be awarded as a performance-based contract. Performance-based means the Contractor is responsible for a quality end product. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Experience, Past Performance, and Price. Contracts will be awarded to the technically acceptable, responsive, responsible, compliant vendor. Experience and Past Performance are significantly more important than price. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 15 April 2008, 4:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbizopps web site for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial It ems/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
