- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE W9127S08B0014: RESPONSES DUE March 24, 2008. This is a sources sought notice to determine interest by Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Concerns, Certified 8(a) Business Concerns and Certified Hub-Zone Business Concerns in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) general purpose facility maintenance support contract for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Beaver Project Office located near Rogers, AR. A determination of the set-aside category for this requirement wi ll be made as a result of this sources sought notice. Services provided will be both emergency services requiring a 2 hour response time including weekends and holidays and routine scheduled services. Required services will generally fall under but are no t limited to the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Codes: 561210 (Facilities Support Services); 236220 (Recreational Building Handyman Repair), 238160 (Roofing), 561990 (Other support Services) and 238910 (Equipment Rental/With Operat or), 561730 (Sod laying services). A partial listing of required services include emergency and routine maintenance calls for General Carpentry to include landscape timbers, posts, door and screen replacement, roofing repair/replacement, and other carpent ry repairs: Painting of park facilities; Electrical repairs to include fixture replacement, camper outlet replacement, and other general electrical repairs; Campsite repairs and maintenance to include replacing BBQ grills, concrete table repair or replacem ent, concrete pad replacement, parking stop replacement, replacement of park signs; Plumbing to include replacing water hydrants, underground pipes, and other general plumbing repairs; Building material delivery and placement including fill, screening mat erial, stone, gravel, beach sand, boulders, top soil, and sod; Equipment Rental including operators for dumps trucks, dozers, tractors, backhoes, portable welders, vibratory equipment, chain saws, portable pumps and generators. The solicitation will includ e both the Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act Wage Determinations. The proposed contract is for a base period and 4 optional annual periods.
