- This announcement is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The services to be acquired are from Whitney Lake and Powerhouse for cleaning services. The contract services shall be for a six (6) month perio d. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561720 business size standard is $50,000.00 The sole source contractor is T and L Cleaning Services, 16085 China Spring Road, China Spring, Texas 76633. This action is considered a fol low-on contract for highly specialized services from previously competed best-value solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District awarded a purchase order to T and L Cleaning Services to provide cleaning services and is familiar wit h the special requirements of the cleaning process. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the government will consider responses received by March 28, 2008 by noon. A determina tion by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
