- Please be advised that any technical assistance you may require to download the Solicitation and CD/Drawings for this effort, please contact the Contrcting Officer, Mr. Gerald Sweet at 732-532-1607, his e-mail address is Gerald.Sweet@US.Army.Mil ,he will assit you in this new process. The following are the instructions that are set forth in the original Synopsis for this effort to acquire the CD/Drawings and Solicitation as follows: Drawings & Specifications (Technical Data Package - TDP) shall be uploaded to FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) fifteen-days after the posting of the synopsis to FedBizOpps. Please go to the synopsis-solicitation on FedBizOpps and follow the link to FedTeDS. Click on the Job Order Request (JOR) f or that particular solicitation. Click on each Technical Data Item and download. Drawings may be downloaded and copied to CD for reproduction.
