- Under authority of VAAR .806.302, for other than full and open competition, the Government anticipates entering into sole source Full Coverage Preventative Maintenance Agreement for STERIS Sterilizers and Washers located within the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System in Gainesville, Lake City, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee, Tampa, Orlando, FL that requires full coverage PM's and unlimited emergency service. (NAICS 811310) Steris offers ProConnect capabilities to insure immediate service responses. Service is expected to begin 4/1/08 thru 9/30/09. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the commercial item format in FAR 12.303.
