Sources Sought Notice (Request for information) only. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form any binding contracts. Additionally, respondents should be aware that they will not be notified of any results of the review. Seeking Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or other small businesses capable of providing relocation services for the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, and the United States Navy. Based upon response to this notice a decision will be made on what type of set-aside will be made for the future solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, hardware (for wall hung items), containers, materials, and equipment including material handling, transportation, and any other related services to accomplish the receiving (truck unloading), deliver, assembly, and installation of furnishings and medical equipment as designated by the government. Contractor will also be responsible for providing dumpster(s) including fees, as part of the clean up. The JACC has two elevators available for use of the contractor. A leveling loading dock is also available. The contractor must possess all licenses, permits, and insurance required to provide the services in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. The selected contractor must have extensive experience in providing the resource management, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, expertise, and the performance excellence necessary to relocate the VA staff and the Naval staff. The selected contractor shall be responsible for all three phases: Phase I is for the receiving and installation of owner furnished medical equipment from multiple vendors and manufacturers for the VA and the Navy. Phase II is for the relocation, consolidation, coordination and physical relocation of remaining designated furniture, equipment, supplies, files, and records to the Joint Ambulatory Care Center (JACC) from four existing VA locations in the Pensacola area and two facilities of the U.S. Navy located at Corry Station. Phase III is for the consolidation, coordination and physical placement activities of the remaining furniture and medical equipment into a common area and trucking to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office for the Navy sites only. The NAICS code is 484210 with a small business size of $23.5 million. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name and address of company/provider (phone number and email of point of contact); indicate whether or not small business and whether or not contractor falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories - 8 (a), HUBZone, Women, Veteran owned, and/or Service-disabled Veteran Owned. Also note current DUNS number and if in CCR (Central Contract Registration). Additionally please note contractor's experience in providing relocation services and any other pertinent information which demonstrates contractor's ability to meet the above requirement.
