- Description
- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and any other resource necessary to complete janitorial services at the Montrose District Office, Montrose, Colorado. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business and is restricted to a 40 mile radius of the geographic location of Montrose District Office. This will be handled as a commercial services requirement in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. A site visit is arranged for April 8th, 2008 at 10AM MT. The Government will utilize the Performance Based Evaluation Process for award. The total duration for this contract will be one year; however, four (4) year options may be exercised by the discretion of the government. All offeror???s must complete all portions of each section to be considered for award. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about March 25, 2008, on the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/ Interested Offeror's may e-mail (gutierre@wapa.gov) or fax (970 461-7377) to request the solicitation, however, it will be posted on the above mentioned website. Note: all responses to this RFQ may be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986. Information hours are between 7am and 3pm MT Monday through Friday.
