- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of the Chief Information Officer intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Gaver Technologies Inc, (GTI) Federal of Frederick, MD. GTI is a small SBA Certified HUBZone business. The proposed action is for services, the continued development and maintenance of the Electronic Funding Administration System, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.5(b)(5) which allows for the sole source award to a HUBZone business. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties may submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within 15 calendar days of the publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
