- This is a presolicitation announcement for The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201. A solicitation will be issued on or about July 9, 2007. Proposals will be requested from small businesses to provide non emergent ambulatory and wheelchair patient transportation. This is a 100% set aside for small business. Proposals will be due on or before August 6, 2007 at 2:00p.m. local time in room B5381 - Fifth Floor - Red Building addressed to Ms. Barbara A. Wilkinson, Contract Specialist (90C), Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201. All questions must be in addressed writing to the Contract Specialist no later than July 19, 2007 by 4:30p.m. Question may be faxed to 313-576-1327, mailed to the same address for receipt of proposal or emailed to Barbara.Wilkinson@va.gov.
