- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 6 March 2008. Solicitation number FA4600-08-T-0001 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730, and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order with a base period of performance (POP): 1 Apr 08 - 30 Sept 08 with 4 option periods for the following service: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform broad leaf weed control services on approximately 395 acres of semi-improved grounds IAW the Performance Work Statement on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-08-T-0001 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail (joseph.luetke@offutt.af.mil) or fax (402-294-4069) to SSgt Joseph J. Luetke at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, and Offutt AFB 68113-2107. Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY AWARD DATE will make a contractor ineligible for award. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. Direct all questions to SSgt Joseph J.
