- Description
- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source contract under the auspices of FAR Part 12 to Alan L. Freed Associates, Inc. for a three-day highly customized national security challenge seminar targeted to NGA senior executives. The specialized method of instruction provided by Alan L. Freed Associates, Inc. incorporates a series of high-level, off-the-record presentations by political experts and leading authorities who have expertise in all aspects of the U.S. public policy process. The U.S. National Security workshop will address Congressional and Presidential leadership and decision-making as well as provide an emphasis on international issues that affect U.S. national security and the mission of the Department of Defense. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred while responding to this notice. Responses must be received within 10 calendar days of the publication in FedBizOpps. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses received after noon on Monday, April 7, 2008 will not be accepted.
