Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic period of 365 calendar days with four one-year options. The MATOC is for minimal design and construction efforts at various GSA facilities supported by the GSA Northwest/Arctic Region 10, Eastern Service Center located in three field offices and areas. Area One: Richland, Yakima, Wenatchee, and Northern Border Stations. Area Two: Spokane and Northeast Washington Border Stations. Area Three: Boise, Idaho. Individual task orders placed against each MATOC will be competed among other awardees and will vary in anticipated size ranging from $2,000.00 to $2.59 million with the majority of the work ranging from $50,000.00 to $250,000.00. The government anticipates awarding a minimum of four to five contracts for each service area. The government is considering restricting this solicitation to qualified HUB Zone small business firms and/or qualified Service Disabled Veteran owned businesses. The government will use the information obtained from this sources sought announcement to make a set-aside determination. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 with the applicable business size standard of $31 million.
