Description: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is CoorsT ek, 600 Ninth Street, Golden, CO 80401. The Government is soliciting and negotiating to obtain forty (40) 5 X 6 X 0.30 Spinel Plates Polished. These plates are being used for research and development of ballistic protective wear. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation.
