- Description
- This is a notice of intent to procure a single source contract with Texas Machine-Tool International, LLC Waco, TX 76705 for technical support and services for (1) each Kearney and Trecker (Computerized Numerically Controlled) CNC machine. The contr act will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.301(a) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements . If someone other than Texas Machine-Tool believes they have the capability of providing these special services, provide in writing specific qualifications, to include prior contracts and prior performance information. The contract is anticipated to be for an annual basis, to include technical phone support (for minor problems) and on site services (for problems that can t be resolved over the phone). Trips to be scheduled within 24 hours of the call. Estimated quantity is approximately 12 hours per month, with 4 trips per year for on site service. Services to be provided at Ft.Riley, KS.
