- This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Access Intelligence LLC, SRI Consulting, 4 Choke Cherry Road, Rockville, MD 20850, for an online and hardbound subscription to C hemical Economics Handbook and Directory of Chemical Producers for the USMA Library. The award amount is estimated to be $39,185. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no o ther supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement.
