- The VAMC Lexington, KY has an intent to sole source a contract with Ridge Behavioral Health System, Rio Dosa Drive, Lexington, KY 40507 to utilize their mobile assessment services to provide on-site behavioral health assessments through a qualified team of mobile assessment clinicians. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes however responses received on or before April 3, 2008 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and at a minimum include brochures, company literature, plus a list of three references from similar facilities who are currently using your services.
