- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Computer Corporation of America (CCA) for M204 User Language Programmer/System Programmer/File Manager for CCA M204 Software and equipment. The Office of Computer Services (OCS) has been a fee for service organization for more than 30 years. OCS serves Department of Commerce and other customer agencies by supplying computer support and processing. In 1996, Commerce received approval from the Office of Management in Budget for the creation of a Franchise under the Government Management Reform Act which includes OCS. Many of the services provided to our customers at OCS are supported by the Model 204 Data Base system. These customers include BIS?s Export Control Automated Support System, a Federal Assistance Award Data System, Commerce Procurement Data Systems, a Priority Placement Program, and a Reemployment Priority List.
