- NSN: 4820-01-548-0924, PR 0017889502, Valve, Butterfly, FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This NSN has two approved sources which are Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage 02769, Part Number 8217472 and Farrell Equipment & Controls Inc., Cage 1N3C1, Part Number AVX-31526-2. This NSN is a Critical Application Item. Offerors of the products of sources other than the Government?s cited, approved sources, must comply with DLAD Clause 52.217-9002 ?Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offerors for Part Numbered Items?. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for a firm fixed price quantity of 6 each with a 100% option quantity. The delivery schedule is 180 days. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) IAW DSCR Clause 52.215 9G05 applies. The solicitation issue date will be 8 April 2008 and the close date will be 8 May 2008.
